I fell in love with Brunswick Square while I sat waiting to view the flat. Such a beautiful spot yet so central. With easy access to the beach, buses, shops and bars it’s a perfect location. Being able to just walk out into the gardens with book and coffee makes up for the flat not having its own outdoor space.If work didn't make a move towards London necessary I would happily stay in this lovely flat. It was a great step onto the property ladder and I'm sure it will make a great home/investment for its next lucky owner.
