About The Location - Simply the most sought after and popular area of Lancaster. Year after year the Bowerham area proves to be the place people want to live, why, because it's handy for everywhere around the city. What We Like - It would be so much easier to tell you what we don't like about this home but there isn't anything to dislike because it really is lovely from front to back, top to bottom it's absolutely beautiful throughout. Versatile living with three living rooms to the ground floor at present although we think one would make a lovely bedroom giving you direct access to the rear garden.

A Brief Description - Located in Lancaster's most sought after area with easy access to the city centre and both the cities universities.
