We bought this house around 5 years ago. It stood out from others that we had viewed as we felt it was well proportioned and had 3 separate bedrooms and an upstairs bathroom. Many we had viewed had a downstairs bathroom and bedrooms that led off each other or were oddly laid out. It was modern, neutral and ready to move into, although since we have been here we have done some improvements. We have had a new fitted kitchen, improved the access to the loft and added lighting, replaced the thermostats on the radiators and redone the front and back gardens. We have loved living here as it's easy to get to the High Street yet it is a quiet, friendly cul-de-sac but we are now looking to move nearer our family.
