We bought this property for the spacious rooms and the lovely quiet garden area which is a real suntrap and is also surprisingly large for this neighbourhood. The area has a nice mix of long-standing residents, families and young professionals. The house is ideally located for walking the dog in Williamson Park and is super handy for the canal-side pubs, the city centre and facilities like the Gregson Arts Centre and the play area and Community Garden in Scotch Quarry Park. We can also watch changes in the Lancaster weather across Morecambe Bay to the southern Lake District from the front door. It’s a great house and we hope the new residents will be really happy here.
