We were originally buying another property in Southwater when the owners decided they were not selling anymore. We did not know what we were going to do, until we found this property. As soon as we arrived at the front door we were already sure it was the one for us due to it being located in a cul-de-sac off Blakes Farm Road. Once inside, we could see that our family would be very happy here, with the great size living room and the garage had already been converted which we could use as a playroom. We could see there was enough space to add a conservatory as the garden was large enough to allow this. The bedrooms were perfect because they were both doubles. To the front there was enough parking for both cars which was ideal.
