I bought this home five years ago, when I was originally looking in Westgate and Birchington, However, once I saw the amount of space I could get here it was a no brainer. When I first saw it I booked a second viewing straight away to show my friends and family and the rest is history.
Since being here I have installed a new boiler, a new bathroom and kept up with the decorating. I also opened up the front garden so I had off street parking for two cars. As I work full time it offers me the space I want but I can keep on top of the house work and gardening. The location is perfect for me with the beach and old town at one end of the road and Westwood Cross at the other and if you want to get further afield the road links are brilliant.
