We have owned the property here in Funtington Road for a few years now and we have lived here in the past also.
It was a lovely house to live in whilst we did, but when we decided to move we took a view that being able to rent it out at the time was the best option for us.

The last tenants that we had living there unfortunately did not leave the property in the best condition so before placing the property on the market we have gone in and given it a little spruce up.

Its looking great now and we hope the next owners enjoy it as much as we did whilst living there.
