This beautiful first floor apartment is located in the stunning and elegant development of Royal Earlswood Park. At the back of Victoria Court is the original chapel which has now been converted into the gym and swimming pool. All the residents here have the benefit of using the leisure center as frequent as they like.
The apartment is located in the beautiful yellow brick Victorian building opposite called 'Helena House', this block is the smallest and quietest of all the (Victorian) buildings in the development. Entering the apartment, you walk through a spacious hallway where you will immediately notice the high ceilings and ornate cornicing throughout. Sun and light oozes through the flat all day, with delightful views stretching out towards St Johns Church through the large sash windows.
To your left you walk into the spacious living/dining room with double aspect windows flooding the room with light. You also have access to a private balcony which is certainly a rarity for a one bedroom flat in this development. Adding lifestyle and quality of living, you can sit outside and have a glass of wine in the sunshine whilst you admire the views. The separate kitchen is complete with fitted appliances and enough room for a table and chairs.
The stylish master bedroom at the end of the hallway is a great size with built-in double wardrobes and storage space on top, the room also benefits with an en-suite shower room. Off the hallway is a handy cloakroom for guests to use when they come over to visit.
Parking is never an issue with two allocated parking bays and plenty of visitors spaces throughout the development.
For those needing to commute by train every day, Earlswood station is only a 10-minute walk away. However, for those that would prefer to use Redhill train station there is a regular bus that goes through the development that can take you into Redhill.
There are not many developments you can visit as much as I do Royal Earlswood Park yet each and every time I enter via the sweeping driveway, through the perfectly manicured gardens, only to be met by the most impressive building of its type in the area, you cant help but to be impressed. Not only does it have beauty it also offers a great lifestyle with its luxurious gym and pool. The apartment is as light as you will find thanks to the extremely large sash windows, each and every room is of good proportion here also.
We fell in love with Helena House the moment we first entered it. The light and sun exposure is like being on holidays in the Mediterranean, especially when you sit on the balcony with a glass of wine, watching the sun set. We spend many relaxing and cosy moments over dinner in the kitchen put a table in there and fully live this beautiful space. When we moved into Helena House we just got married and had to move two flats into one, so having the enormous loft space all across the apartment was a life saver for us.
