Full description

Tenure: Freehold

This lovely home is wonderful as it is but has possibility to further extend and improve (subject to planning permission). It would suit a range of buyers from first and second timers to investors and downsizers alike. The property is conveniently placed as it is located within a quiet cul-de-sac where you can enjoy the peace and tranquillity of village living.

You will feel relaxed as you pull up, with ample parking right outside you won't have to carry the shopping far. The entrance porch allows you space to remove coats and shoes before stepping through to a spacious lounge area which has plenty of room for a large suite. You can arrange this room exactly how you want for maximum relaxation and viewing pleasure. The stylish kitchen/dining area will be ideal for when you have friends or family round for dinner. Being open plan you can chat to them whilst showing off your culinary skills. If you need a bit more room you can open the doors to the generous conservatory which overlooks the rear garden and would make the ideal place to sit, read and unwind.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms which are serviced by a modern bathroom where you can look forward to a long relaxing soak after a long day.

The rear garden is amazing and is a good size with a decent area of lawn so it will be perfect for children to play. It also offers a very good degree of privacy and backs onto a wooded copse.

What the Owner says:

We were renting a property in Horsham and were looking to buy our first home together. Although we really loved living in Horsham we wanted something which offered a quieter feel but wanted to remain close to the town centre. We looked at a number of different properties and then we saw this one. We were very keen to see it. We loved the appearance and position of the home and once inside, the layout was exactly what we wanted. We knew we wanted to make an offer. We had to make a sealed bid with other potential buyers and after a nerve-racking wait we learned that we were the successful buyers!

We have been very happy here and will be staying within the village.
