"After months of searching in Harborne we were lucky to stumble upon Carless Avenue. Our first house has become a family home since then. It is fantastically flexible. Being set back from the road by the large drive, we wake up to the calm and quiet of Moor Pool, where you could be in a country village. With the Moor Pool News and the tennis courts only a few minutes walk away there is a great community feel and many long term residents that take great pride in keeping the place looking how it does. A ten minute walk through leafy streets brings you to the centre of Harborne, with all that it has to offer. The property itself has real character. It is great for entertaining and relaxing in equal measure. The rooms are all nicely proportioned and the rear garden was beautifully landscaped by the previous owners. After 6 years living on Moor Pool we are reluctant to leave, however our work lives mean that our next chapter is away from Birmingham. We will certainly miss it."
