Owners Comment
We have enjoyed many years here, the house has been truly wonderful for us. We have done a lot of work and altered the layout to suit our taste and needs, however it is easily changed back to the original layout. We have also been exceptionally careful to preserve the original features and character of the house. The location is simply fantastic as it is so quiet here on the cul-de-sac, yet we have all we could want within an easy walking distance. Both Forest Hill and Sydenham have a spectacular range of shops, bars and restaurants as well as the stations, which have superb links into central London, perfect for commuting.
