Home sweet home…..with a shortage of 'first time buyer' properties this stylish Regency apartment is sure to be popular!

Couple this with it's trendy location and closeness to Brighton train station it will also appeal to investor buyers and those of you seeking the perfect weekend 'pied a terre'.

Lets start with the location, the fashionable Seven Dials - a property hot spot, offering the best of both worlds, a great local community with fantastic local amenities and just a few minutes from the historic North Lane, central Brighton and, of course, our famous seafront.

Literally on your doorstep you have an array of shops, cafes, bars and some of the finest eateries the City has to offer.

The flat itself is located on the first floor of what is considered to be a fine example of Regency architecture, directly across you have the Montpelier Crescent public gardens, and for transport links you could not be better placed.

Bang on trend for today's modern living with it's open plan arrangement also allows for plenty of interaction when hosting at home.

Whether joining the property ladder for the first time, up or down sizing or lucky enough to be seeking a holiday home by the sea, then your search might have just come to an end!

What the Owner says:

I loved the feeling of this unique flat as soon as I saw it. The double level in the bedroom is an incredibly clever use of the high ceiling space, meaning you can use the entire room underneath. I had an epic walk in wardrobe dressing room and desk in front of the bay window.

The large windows mean it has beautiful light. It is also very quiet even though everything is on your doorstep - the station, the shops, Waitrose, the beach, the town all so close.

I have fantastic memories and I am sad to see it go.
