Continue for just over 2 miles (over 2 roundabouts). At a sharp left-hand bend turn right and then immediately left towards Plaxtol (Puttenden Road). After about 1 mile turn left into Claygate Lane and Claygate is the first house on the right-hand side.

From the M25 (junction 5)/Sevenoaks, take the A25 exit towards Sevenoaks. At the 1st roundabout take the 1st exit to stay on the A25. At the 2nd roundabout take the 2nd exit to stay on the A25 (towards Maidtsone). Continue for about 4.4 miles through Seal. Shortly after the Crown Point pub turn right into Coach Road (towards Ivy Hatch). Proceed through Ivy Hatch and out on High Cross Road. At the end of the road turn right to join the A227 (towards Tonbridge). After about 1.2 miles, by The Chaser Inn in Shipbourne, turn left into Upper Green Road, crossing the Common. After about 1 mile take the second road on the right-hand side, Claygate Lane. Claygate is the last house on the left-hand side.
