I bought this property after renting it for a while. It’s been fantastic being so accessible to London yet living in such pleasant semi-rural settings. I can stroll over Epsom Downs to take in the country air and enjoy The Derby or walk to Tattenham Corner station to catch a train up to town. Recently I moved to Sutton and decided to rent this out and it has served me well. It’s cosy in the winter and bright and airy in the summer. I find the local shops useful for my day to day needs and they are within walking distance.
