When we saw this lovely group of houses being built it was the time in our life when we were looking to invest in property for our retirement and this house was just ideal. We thought about buying a semi detached property but went for this one as it is linked detached and only by the garage. The house itself was a great size and we could see this one being perfect to rent out to a young family. All our tenants have absolutely loved it here as the location is perfect for the local primary schools and supermarkets. The quality of these houses is far better than others we considered. Now that we are well into our retirement, it’s our time to release the money and enjoy some holidays but we hope whoever comes here will love it. We wish you well.
