Full description

10/10 and a strong recommendation from us for this home - it's not just the accommodation that's impressive but the whole way this very comfortable home is presented. From the particularly inviting kitchen/breakfast room, to the extremely comfortable through living room and the sensibly proportioned dining room which opens to a relaxing conservatory - and an even more relaxing garden. Four bedrooms, a luxurious en suite, main bathroom, utility, cloaks, double garage...

Let's take a look at the price. Asking £337500. Not unreasonable, not at all. Compare, for example the new build homes sold along Bidston Road, a development of 7 and 6 houses with prices ranging from £300,000 to £399,999. Smaller gardens, obviously less established, nothing like as private between neighbours....

Also look at the sale price of next door, No.1 The Lawns selling at £340,000 at the very beginning of this year and with two other homes selling for £360,000 and £335,000 within the last two years. Given that we firmly believe our asking price to be more than reasonable. But dont just take our word for it (we know you wont), and come and book a viewing.

We believe the hall is as inviting as it looks on slide show of photos. You'll see too that we've taken a few shots of the front garden area, as well as the open aspect front view - just to prove how uncramped this relatively small, but not hemmed- in a development this is.

Double opening doors from here to the through living room give the option of a more open plan feel, to space which is, in fact, very much separate from the two main functional reception rooms, as well as very much with its own sense of character.

Take the dining and conservatory room. A very relaxing space to dine and settle down in for the evening - especially a summer's evening, given the view onto the most charming and private of rear gardens.

Then there's the kitchen/diner for every day use with ample room for a table for five leaving plenty of room for the chef to prepare. A hub that is comfortable to the extent of being cozy and a room that also has a garden view. (you needn't go to the dining room to eat if your worried about the kitchen 'noises' as a separate utility room stands away from the kitchen.

So up to the first floor and to four bedrooms and combined family bathroom. The bedroom sizes are fine with the smallest with room enough in fact, for a double fouton for an overnight guest. The 'master' bedroom has fitted wardrobe furniture as well as a rather grand en suite bathroom. The remaining two double sized bedrooms also have wardrobes and views down on to the garden,

Summary - This really is a very, very comfortable home with a particularly private and established garden, with packs of off road parking (in front of a double garage) and space around. A home that is located as perfectly for a quick dart to Tesco Metro, the tunnel for work in the city and free parking at Bidston Station for the same, as it is for a selection of good schools less than five minutes away by car.
