Let's take a look at the price. Asking £337500. Not unreasonable, not at all. Compare, for example the new build homes sold along Bidston Road, a development of 7 and 6 houses with prices ranging from £300,000 to £399,999. Smaller gardens, obviously less established, nothing like as private between neighbours....

Also look at the sale price of next door, No.1 The Lawns selling at £340,000 at the very beginning of this year and with two other homes selling for £360,000 and £335,000 within the last two years. Given that we firmly believe our asking price to be more than reasonable. But dont just take our word for it (we know you wont), and come and book a viewing.

We believe the hall is as inviting as it looks on slide show of photos. You'll see too that we've taken a few shots of the front garden area, as well as the open aspect front view - just to prove how uncramped this relatively small, but not hemmed- in a development this is.
