The Owners Say - Ally Pally is a simply fantastic area. The Palace hosts great concerts and, most importantly for us foodies, a weekly farmers market which is arguably the best in North London. There is also a little row of shops on Palace Gates Road, just a three minute walk from the flat. Our Cottage has a variety of pastries and organic fresh fruit and veg and just a bit further afoot are a variety of shops and cafes including the fantastic Owens Foodstore. An Everyman cinema opened recently in Muswell Hill too, a very comfortable way to spend a couple hours on a rainy day.

The flat itself backs right onto the park, so the garden fades into a beautiful tree line. Its secluded and quiet, the perfect respite from Londons more bustling side. We absolutely love this place and will miss it very much!

Points To Consider - Alexandra Park Road is busy in parts, but the flat is found on the quiet section of the road after it forks and breaks into Palace Gates Road. Looking on a map, you will see exactly what we mean.

The addition of off-street parking around the back of the property is a bit of a bonus. And you would not even know it was there.

The communal cellar is available for storage, making this a practical flat as well as a pretty one.
