Garden and Outbuildings

The approach to the house is across a bridge over a brook, which flows through the village, to a gravelled drive and then to a gravelled parking and turning area for about four cars. Off the parking area is the home office, which could be converted to an annexe for the house if required. At the northern end of the garden is a timber built and double glazed summerhouse/gym, which has a south facing decked terrace.

The large garden is mainly laid to lawn with mature trees. Close to the house is a paved terrace with barbeque and a pizza oven. There would be space in the garden to build a double garage, if required and subject to obtaining planning permission and listed building consent.
