When we first found this property it needed so much work, but we could see the potential that it had, and knowing that it was in our prime search area we decided to make the compromise. It has been a lovely house to raise a family in, being in a cul-de-sac it was nice and safe for the children when they were playing out the front and the local parks are just a short walk away. We are also in the catchment areas for some excellent schools, including Millais Girls secondary.
