Apartments with a fully adjustable kitchen for wheelchair users are also on offer. All apartments can have wifi, satellite and Freeview TV.

Extra care living gives you a chance to join in with social events and activities. Wharfedale View has a relaxing ground floor lounge opening onto an enclosed landscaped garden, a restaurant with dining room and a spa area with hairdressing and beauty therapy. You can entertain family and friends in your own home or dine in the restaurant. A well-equipped visitor's suite can be booked for a small charge by family and friends wanting to stay longer than a day.

Experienced care staff will be able to respond 24 hours a day via our call system installed in each apartment.

How to apply for the scheme: to quality for Shared Ownership you must complete an online application at and select the Low Cost Home Ownership application.

You will also need to pay:

Care cost for on-scheme experienced care staff available to respond to emergencies 24 hours a day via a call system of 45.12 per week.

Housing Leeds support cost of 21.00 per week.

Service charge of 27.00 per week.

Future maintenance fund payment of 23.00 per week.

A Fund where Shared Owners pay a regular contribution towards any large cost communal/capital improvements such as lifts, boilers, assisted bathroom equipment, communal furniture and floor coverings.

You are also responsible for council tax and utility bills for your apartment.
