Constantine is a beautifully quaint village situated between the major Cornish towns of Falmouth and Helston. Constantine itself got its name from the 6th Century Cornish Saint and Priest. This beautiful village has a long history dating before the Norman conquest and was voted the "Best Village in the West" in 2007 following a competition organised by Calor.

The village boasts an ancient oyster farm at nearby Port Navas and is also proud of its liquor store which is recognised as the best in the whole of Cornwall, and has a stock of no less than 500 different varieties of whiskey!

The other village facilities include a beautiful Parish Church, both doctors and dentists surgeries, a village public house and social club, an excellent spar shop which caters well for day to day needs, a post office/general store and a sought after village primary school.

Port Navas, at the head of a wooded tidal creek on the north side of the Helford River, can be found within approximately two miles.

Regular bus services leave the village giving access into both Helston and Falmouth, both approximately six and a half miles distant and also to the cathedral city of Truro, approximately fourteen miles away.
Harvest Cottage is an attractive, character, Grade II Listed, thatched, semi detached cottage set in a central location within Constantine.

From the front door you enter the kitchen/diner, the main feature of which is the wonderful granite inglenook fireplace housing a Villager wood burner. The kitchen area is fitted with a range of pine units and is set to the rear of the property.

From the dining area you access a separate lounge, with a feature exposed stone wall housing a multi-fuel burner, and from where you also access the courtyard.

To the first floor are the three bedrooms, two doubles and a good sized single. The single also benefits from a characterful partially exposed stone wall. There is a comfortable sized bathroom with both bath and separate shower cubicle.

A small courtyard to the rear provides low maintenance outside space, with separate gate access. There is also the welcome addition of a garage, situated away from the property in a separate block just off Trevarbah Road.

Currently used as a holiday letting property, the cottage is available chain free!
