We bought this for our Mum and were attracted to this specific flat as it was near the lift, so not far to walk, it had two bedrooms, unlike most flats in the building which are just one bedroom flats, there is a house manager, which gave us peace of mind, along with the emergency call system. There is a very sociable feel here where residents have the choice to either keep themselves to themselves or join in any of the activities, of which there are plenty. Being so close to the town centre makes the location ideal and with it being so close to The Leas, beautiful walks and stunning views are within easy reach. For residents who want to go further afield, Folkestone's reliable and very regular bus service stops just outside.
