Planning

Full planning permission for the development of the site for six one bed apartments was approved by Huntingdonshire District Council on 25th July 2016 under LPA Ref: 16/00826/FUL.
It should be noted that in accordance with Condition 12 of the planning permission and the recommendations of an acoustic assessment, works are required for noise attenuation.
Condition 11 of the planning permission requires the recommendations set out in a Ground Investigation Report to be complied with. It is understood that contamination may be capped in situ, but that some topsoil may need to be imported for the small landscaped areas within the scheme.

Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL)

CIL is payable on this development. It is estimated that the CIL liability will be in the region of 42,000 based on the planning permission. The purchaser will be liable for this payment.
