It has three bedrooms, and has a crisp and contemporary finish, and you are well located for the station, the A23 and several amenities on boundary road. Why you’ll like it:

The exterior is striking in brilliant white, with the floors divided by solid timber beams, and the glass balustrades on the first and second floor glisten in the sunshine. You approach through the door on the left where a well lit internal staircase takes you to the landing where your door is also on the left. Once inside, you firstly notice the light that pours in from the front as the southerly wall is almost entirely glazed, and the wooden floors in warm tones complement the white walls perfectly. There is ample space in here for sofas as well as a dining table and chairs, and these can be taken out to the terrace in the warmer months as an extension of the space.

The kitchen is next door with buttermilk units along two walls. These are topped in solid wood to echo the tone of the floor, and the circular sink and gas hob have been cut seamlessly in. The electric oven and washing machine are also integrated, and there’s space for a tall fridge freezer. Outside is a door to the cupboard housing the boiler, but this is a very large storage space too with room for your hoover etc, plus more.

The bedrooms are all to the rear of the flat, tucked away from the main living area. They are all uniform in decor with blue/grey carpets, and again, white walls for continuity. One of the three is slightly smaller, and would either be perfect as a tranquil home office, or as a child’s room perhaps? The bathroom is across the corridor, and this has natural stone tiles in sandy tones on the walls and the floor, plus around the bath with is double ended for comfortable bathing. A wide mirrored cupboard adorns the wall, and a tall heated towel rail in chrome completes the look.

There are several supermarkets, cafes, and shops on Boundary Road, and for anyone into watersports, you can become a member at Hove Lagoon to enjoy kite and windsurfing. This is a lesser known part of the city, yet it is still so well connected, and there is plenty to do on your doorstep.

Bear in mind:

The nearest train station is Portslade which is a 3 minute walk away. This goes directly to Hove or Brighton Station (5-10 mins), both of which have direct links to London
