The house is great as it is one of the few houses in the local area within the price bracket that has two double bedrooms and an upstairs bathroom. Trafalgar Road itself is a really friendly street, plus it is very safe and quiet as there’s no through traffic. I hope that the next owner will love the house as much as I have.
