This delightful property is worthy of your immediate attention. An impressive mid terrace house flooded with character and original features.

There is nothing like having your own four walls with plenty of room to raise a growing family. The property really does offer you your own space and privacy after a hard day's work. "Wow" is one word that comes to mind whilst viewing this property and upon wandering through this amazing home, we are sure that you will be saying the same. Once you step over the threshold the entrance hall gives you an immediate sensation of warmth and comfort making you soon feel right at home. The lounge is a good size where you can entertain friends and family and extend those gatherings into the dining room. The kitchen has ample cupboard space for all your condiments, pots and pans and is large enough for you to chat away with loved ones as you prepare the evening meal. The bedrooms won't disappoint either as they're all of a good size, so there's no dreaded box room to leave the youngest disappointed, so each member of the family has their own personal space. The loft has been completed boarded and can be converted to a 4th bedroom (with planning) which has a velux window and is currently being used as a office. The family bathroom has a tub designed for leisurely soaks and a shower over for when you just need to "get up and go". We have left the best 'til last, the rear garden! This really is the perfect peace haven offering tranquillity after a long hard day's work. Large, well looked after, secluded, private and secure, with lots of room for your little ones to let off some steam, not to mention just simply a beautiful green outlook from the rear of the property.

We could go on and on, but to fully appreciate this superb home an internal viewing will be required. We look forward to your call.

"What originally attracted us to the area is a five minute walk to Warley Woods with the golf course situated next to it. We have Lightwoods park which is great for the children, most bank holidays the park would host fairs, festivals etc, everyone from the local area would come to these events, this gave a great community spirit! We are four miles from the Birmingham City Centre, Mailbox and Broad St for great restaurants and shopping with easy access for the M5 and M42. The house we instantly liked. The period features, the open fire place in the winter months, how spacious the rooms are and we have a separate dinning room to host dinner parties. This house has also been a great family home, the garden has been a great place for our son to play whilst inviting family and friends over to entertain during the spring and summer months. We have been very happy here."
