"What originally attracted us to the area is a five minute walk to Warley Woods with the golf course situated next to it. We have Lightwoods park which is great for the children, most bank holidays the park would host fairs, festivals etc, everyone from the local area would come to these events, this gave a great community spirit! We are four miles from the Birmingham City Centre, Mailbox and Broad St for great restaurants and shopping with easy access for the M5 and M42. The house we instantly liked. The period features, the open fire place in the winter months, how spacious the rooms are and we have a separate dinning room to host dinner parties. This house has also been a great family home, the garden has been a great place for our son to play whilst inviting family and friends over to entertain during the spring and summer months. We have been very happy here."
