I bought this particular flat because it is in a tucked away, friendly cul-de-sac yet it's a quick walk to the town centre and to the station, which I frequently use to access London via the direct line to Waterloo and Victoria. It is also moments from miles of open countryside and I often enjoy walks across fields to Box Hill which is conveniently accessed from Leslie Road just around the corner.
The flat is spacious and has plenty of storage and with ample parking it has been a comfortable and pleasant place to live. I have loved living in such a friendly neighbourhood but sadly work commitments mean I need to move but I hope someone will enjoy living here as much as I have over the past 3 years.
