Being on the seafront, having direct sea views and being within walking distance to all that Brighton has to offer it was not a difficult choice to make. Although I have enjoyed living here tremendously my home has also proven to be a good investment and have let it out with ease when not in the UK. Due to relocation it's time to reluctantly part company and move onto pastures new. I will miss waking up to stunning views, having the beach as an extension to my home and, of course, the City and lifestyle that comes with it. I hope the new owner will be as happy as I have been and wish them luck in their new home.
