Wereham 
Wereham lies in the Wissey valley and is on the main A134 road; it is some 5 miles to the east of the town of Downham Market and 13 miles from King's Lynn, both towns having a range of shops, amenities and a main line railway station to Ely, Cambridge & Kings Cross. Neighbouring villages include Boughton, Fincham, Crimplesham, West Dereham, Wretton and Stoke Ferry.

DIRECTIONS
Leave Downham Market via the A 1122 towards Swaffham. After approx one and a half miles take the turning on the right hand side signposted Crimplesham. Proceed through the village of Crimplesham to the T junction and turn right onto the A134, proceed along this road to the roundabout and continue straight over into the village of Wereham. Take the first turning on the right hand side into Flegg Green and the property will be found on the left hand side.
