From Totnes take the A381 Kingsbridge trunk road, passing through the villages of Harbertonford and Halwell, past the Totnes Cross Filling Station on your left continuing south and after a further quarter of a mile turn left at Stanborough towards Hutcherleigh and Blackawton. After approximately a further quarter of a mile keep left on the Blackawton Road (do not turn right to Hutcherleigh) and after a further half a mile or so the land is located on your right hand side through a small right of way area that leads directly off the road.

The land is situated close to the village of Blackawton in the heart of the rolling South Hams Countryside yet within easy reach of the A381 Totnes to Kingsbridge trunk road. The land is situated approximately 8 miles south of Totnes and 7 miles north of Kingsbridge.
