When I went hunting for my home I wanted something new, low maintenance and close to my work at the hospital. I chose this one literally from plan as it looked like the best one out of them all and had a fabulous outlook over fields at the rear with a large plot. It has a very modern Biomass central heating system which heats up in minutes during the cold winter months. The property is cheap to run and I have saved a fortune on our energy bills. I have really loved it here, with two parking spaces on my driveway right outside and the town in walking distance. If it wasn’t for us thinking about having a larger home and an office for my work, I would never consider moving. I shall be sad to leave but wish the new owners many years of happiness.
