RESERVATION FEE 
Reservations are subject to a £4000 non-refundable deposit. If a purchaser cancels the reservation or fails to proceed in accordance with the reservation agreement, the vendor-builder will retain the deposit in full. Purchasers are usually required to exchange contracts and pay the balance of the contractual deposit within 6 weeks of the contract having been received by the purchaser’s solicitor.
