We have lived in Southwater for many years and were looking for a property for my mum who was downsizing from a larger property. We wanted her to be as close as possible to us so Southwater was the location and she needed something ideally close to all amenities or within the village centre. Fortunately there were quite a few apartments on at the time in various blocks in Lintot Square. After looking at a variety of apartments we decided to go with this one. The lift was a real bonus as was the undercover parking as well as the volume of internal space.My mother has been very happy here but has now decided to move to a warden assisted property in Horsham.
