It has not only served us seamlessly as a happy, economical and spacious family home, securing our children places at both Holmesdale School and Reigate Priory School, but has also acted as a central meeting/party point for our family and friends thanks to the generous living proportions and central location. A particular coup for us when we purchased the flat was the balcony leading from the living room a completely private sun trap during the summer and a quiet place to enjoy the garden at any other time of year.
