The flat has been great for us for many years! We simply love having our private garden. During the summer months we leave the lounge doors open and the garden simply becomes an extension of our living space. It is superb for BBQ's and garden parties and we are not overlooked. The neighbours are fantastic, we get on so well and everyone takes pride in the appearance of the building and maintenance of the communal areas. The road is extremely quiet as we are tucked away here yet everything is within easy walking distance. Sydenham and Penge West stations are just down the road which makes commuting a doddle and we have the beautiful Crystal Palace Park down the road. We couldn't want for more.
