We bought this apartment off plan as we knew from looking at the floor plans it would be idyllic for us! The top floor open living area suits us perfectly as we love to socialise with friends and family and the kitchen island definitely has the wow factor for entertaining. With the 360 roof terrace its great for following the sun from morning to evening as well as to enjoy the views and peaceful setting. The location is ideal with the town centre only a short walk away, getting into London is made easy with frequent trains going to and from central London. With the sense of community, beautiful setting and local amenities Watercolour has to offer we are looking to upsize here.
