The seller’s story:

On a wintry Sunday afternoon mid November 2010, we went for a walk around Lewisham. We ended up returning to our rented property with a receipt confirming our paid reservation fee to buy the property (which wasn’t our intention!). At the time, the building was only constructed to the second floor, so we went on gut feeling. This was our first property, and being first time buyers at the time we were really excited about what the next phase of our lives would bring.

It didn’t disappoint and we really enjoyed our time in our little palace!

What's really nice about the open plan living area is mid-afternoon the sun lights up the room and brings a sort of calming and relaxing atmosphere to proceedings. Enjoying good company, relaxing on a Sunday afternoon has been extremely enjoyable for us. Entertaining friends and family, the flat didn’t disappoint either - cosy, comfortable and local - what more can you ask for!

We spent the last 5 years here, but now it’s time to move on and explore country living. We will miss the place for sure!

We wish the new owners many happy years in the flat (as we've had) and hope they love it as much as us.
