Kingsbridge, known locally as the "capital of the South Hams", is just 5 miles away and offers an excellent range of shops, services and amenities.
Kernleigh is an individual, detached bungalow which occupies a most delightful and quite private position and from where tranquil southerly views are enjoyed. Particular features include the 25 ' dual aspect sitting room which affords direct access to the terrace and the 20' (overall) dining room and kitchen which has an adjacent living room. Externally, it occupies a generous plot with two lawned gardens and a front garden gravelled and planted with mature bushes.
