Lot 2

Water Both Lots 1 and 2 benefit from a borehole fed water supply to troughs in the various fields with the borehole itself situated in the north-west corner of Lot 1. This borehole supply will be the responsibility of the Purchaser of Lot 1 to maintain and this borehole supplies both Lot 2 and two fields immediately to the north of Lot 1. Proceed past Bradridge House on your left and at the Hamlet of Larcombe follow the road, which turns up around to your left, and after approximately 100 yards the gate/entrance to the land will be found immediately on your right hand side. The land will be identified by a Rendells ?for sale' board.
