The rooms are all fantastic sizes. I particularly like having a separate kitchen and living room and the storage space is incredible. The neighbours are friendly and the grounds are always well maintained. The location is great; the high street is less than a 10 minute walk away with restaurants, shops and cafes. We have two stations close by, Sydenham station/ELL and Lower Sydenham station, both with great links into Central London.
