The flat has been great for me over the years. It is very spacious and having the two double bedrooms is fantastic when friends and family come to stay. I love the split level nature of the flat as it actually feels more like a house. We have obtained the right to manage which means there is no service charge or management fees, we only have to pay for works as and when something needs fixed and our only annual cost is buildings insurance; which is a huge bonus for any homeowner. The loft is incredible and offers an amazing opportunity for conversion. The road is very quiet indeed and the location is excellent. Just down the road is Norwood Junction station with a direct train into London Bridge within 10minutes! We also have Anerley station with great links including trains into Canada Water. It is perfect for commuting and so easy to get back after a night out in Central London.
