Upon payment of £1,000 reservation fee John Moody & Son Ltd will take the property off the market for a period of 8 weeks subject to the purchaser exchanging contracts within 6 weeks and completing 14 days later subject to the completion of the legal formalities. Should the buyer withdraw from the transaction John Moody & Son Ltd will refund 25% of the reservation fee.
