Travel from Chester on the A51 and continue for
about 4 miles taking the third exit at the
roundabout continuing on the A51. After
approximately 1.7 miles take the right hand
turning by Okells Garden Centre and signposted
to Huxley and Burton. Upon reaching the
junction turn left and immediately right and
continue for just under 2 miles passing through
Burton, turning left into Corkscrew Lane. The
splayed, double gated entrance for the land and
two neighboring properties will be seen on the
right hand side after approximately 100 yards.

General Remarks/Stipulations
1. Within 1 month of completion of the sale the
purchaser will be responsible for erecting a
stock proof, post and three rail fence along the
westerly and southerly boundaries.
2. A right of way at all times and for all purposes
will be reserved in favour of the vendor across
the land along the westerly boundary as

3. The ditch along the easterly boundary must be
maintained with a right of access in favour of
