We have lived here for some 8 years now and after viewing several properties, this property ticked all the boxes in terms of living space, price and moreover its location for commuting to work. Belmont Station and village is less than a 5 minute walk through the park with Sutton Station and high street around 10 minutes. We have great neighbours many of which have lived here for years so there's a real community here. We are looking to up size within the local area so time has come to sell but it will make a great home here for a first time buyer or family looking to live within the Sm2 area of Sutton.
