A vestibule leads into the reception hall which has an oak floor and and impressive oak staircase rising to the first floor. A deep cupboard provides excellent storage. The dining or family room is set to the front of the house. Across the hall is the study which has a lobby area and shower / WC, so could work well as a ground floor bedroom suite.

The sitting room is a beautifully proportioned, light room with with windows to the front and and rear, and French doors opening to the garden. The stone, open fireplace is a great focal point.
The Live-in kitchen offers sufficient space for daily dining, food preparation and relaxation. There is an extensive range of units with integrated appliances including a dishwasher and two fridge / freezers. A range cooker has an extractor hood above. The windows and French doors open to the south, flooding the room with natural light. A door leads in to the useful utility room, which has space for further appliances. Doors lead to the garden and the garage.

The large, galleried landing is approached via a heavy oak staircase. Doors lead off to the family bathroom and the five double bedrooms, each having built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom is a lovely square room enjoying a double aspect. The en suite has a bath as well as a large, walk-in shower. Two further bedrooms have en suite facilities. Bedrooms four & five share the well-appointed family bathroom.
Rockingham House has a block paved drive providing ample parking in front of the double garage. This is accessed via a pair of remote controlled up and over doors. The garage has a recessed workshop area which also houses the oil-fired central heating boiler. A door leads in to the utility room.

The rear garden is south-facing. It has been neatly designed with a patio spanning the back of the house and accessed from the drawing room, kitchen and utility room. The remainder of the garden is lad to lawn with maturing trees and shrubs to the boundaries.
