We moved to Banstead from Sutton wanting to get away from a busy town to a more suburban area. We fell in love with the semi-rural setting of the area and the kerb appeal of the property, and we struggled to find any other four bedroom semi-detached houses in Nork! We love our garden which offers a good level of seclusion and was big enough for our son's sporting activities and also great for entertaining. We upgraded the bathroom
10 years ago, replaced the boiler about 5 years ago and recently had the roof overhauled. Our children went to Warren Mead primary school just a few minutes walk away, which was the biggest attraction for us. We've been very happy here for the last 30 years and we are sure the next owners will be happy here too.
