I have owned this home for some years now and have had my tenant for many years – she is such a lovely person and happy here with her young family. I have really enjoyed owning this home and if it was not for a personal change in my circumstances I would have kept it for many more years. But unfortunately I am heading off to the mainland and need to cut off all my ties from the Isle of Wight. I will thoroughly miss the beautiful island and all its wonderful attractions, and I wish the new landlords of this lovely home all the best and hope you look after the tenant here, she is a good one!
