The flat has been great for me over the years. It is perfect for any first time buyer or buy to let investor. The layout is very sociable as the kitchen opens onto the lounge so it is great when hosting dinner parties. The storage space is fantastic too and the neighbours are all friendly; it is a lovely building to live in. The location is second to none. I am spoilt for choice when it comes to stations; I have four within a 10 minute walking distance with direct links to London Bridge, Canada Water and London Victoria. I also have the beautiful Crystal Palace Park literally across the road which is perfect for an afternoon stroll, day out with the family or an evening jog.
