Planning Permission - Planning Permission was granted by Conwy County Borough Council on the 12th day of June 2008 under Code Reference DC/0/33242 and refers to the 'Erection of 5 no. dwellings and vehicular access' on 'Land adjacent to Granary Cottages, The Ffarm, Betws Yn Rhos, Abergele'.
The planning consent is made subject to various conditions which are set out within the consent documents and which will require approval from the Planning Authority prior to work commencing. Services - Mains drainage is currently connected to the propety and quotations have been received for water and electrical supplies which will be connected prior to sale.
