Services - We understand that basic services are connected to the site, however it would be necessary for all potential purchasers to make full and detailed enquiries with the relevant statutory service provider regarding their location and capacity.
Highways - The site has direct access onto the minor classification road adjacent to Melai Farmhouse, which is a public highway maintained at Council expense.
