Consent was granted on the 19th July 2012 under Application Nos 0/38145 and 0/13846 and have been made subject to numerous conditions which are contained within the decision documents.
All relevant documents can be viewed from the Conwy Borough Council Planning website, together with other supporting details. Alternatively a copy of the documents (as provided by the client) is available for inspection at our Abergele Office during normal working hours.

Services - We understand that basic services are connected to the site, however it would be necessary for all potential purchasers to make full and detailed enquiries with the relevant statutory service provider regarding their location and capacity.

Highways - The site has direct access onto the minor classification road adjacent to Melai Farmhouse, which is a public highway maintained at Council expense. Access to the courtyard is over a stone bridge and opens onto a forecourt area from which access is available. Further access is available from the adjoining road as shown within the plans.
